1. How can I check my order status?
After purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification email to the email address used to purchase. In the emails you will find the Receipt, Order Number, and Shipping Tracking number.
2. Can I modify my order?
After the order has been placed, there is a small timeframe available to modify or cancel orders if your order has not been shipped yet (approximately 1 hour). Please make sure all your information is correct at check-out to prevent any inconvenience, but if you need to modify your order soon after you've placed it, you can contact our customer support team for assistance: firstname.lastname@example.org
3. How can I cancel my order?
To cancel or modify your order, contact our BODYGYM Customer Support Team at email@example.com to ask for assistance. Please make sure all your information is correct at check-out to prevent any inconvenience.
4. Where is my receipt?
Receipts are sent to your email after you have placed the order. The email subject will be “Order Confirmation”
5. I received more/less than what I ordered, what can I do?
